These Terms and Conditions govern your use of smmscript.top and all services provided through the Official Amarscript Panel platform. By creating an account or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

The following terms apply throughout this document.
"Official Amarscript Panel", "we", "us", "our" refers to the Official Amarscript Panel platform and the company operating smmscript.top.
"User", "you", "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, registers on, or uses smmscript.top in any capacity.
"Platform" refers to the smmscript.top website, dashboard, API, and all associated tools and services.
"Services" refers to social media marketing services available for purchase through the Official Amarscript Panel platform, including followers, likes, views, comments, watch time, members, and related engagement services.
"Order" refers to any individual purchase of a service submitted through the platform dashboard or API.
"Account" refers to the registered user profile created on smmscript.top that allows access to the platform and services.
"Balance" refers to the funds deposited into a user's account and available for spending on services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Official Amarscript Panel's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will terminate the account immediately and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with our legal obligations.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You must keep your account information up to date.
Providing false information at registration, including a false name, false email address, or any misleading details, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support{{ request()->getHost() }} if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Official Amarscript Panel is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Each user may maintain one active account on Official Amarscript Panel. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, manipulate promotions, or abuse refund policies is prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity without Official Amarscript Panel's prior written consent.
Official Amarscript Panel provides social media engagement services delivered to public social media profiles and posts. All services require only a publicly accessible URL. Official Amarscript Panel never requests social media passwords or account login credentials for any service.
Official Amarscript Panel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency interventions that temporarily affect access to the platform or specific services.
Each service listed on the platform includes a description, pricing, minimum and maximum order quantity, estimated start time, and refill guarantee status where applicable. You are responsible for reading each service description carefully before placing an order.
Official Amarscript Panel reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any service at any time without prior notice. Price changes to services already listed in the catalog take effect for new orders only. Active or pending orders are fulfilled at the price confirmed at the time of order placement.
Social media platforms regularly update their algorithms, terms of service, and security systems. Official Amarscript Panel cannot guarantee that all services will remain compatible with all platforms indefinitely. We make reasonable efforts to update our services in response to platform changes but accept no liability for service disruptions caused by third-party platform decisions.
You place an order by selecting a service, entering a valid public URL, specifying a quantity within the stated minimum and maximum limits, and confirming the order through the dashboard or API. Each order confirmation constitutes a binding purchase agreement.
Official Amarscript Panel processes orders automatically once placed and payment is confirmed from your account balance. Orders are queued and fulfilled in the order received. Delivery times vary by service type and are estimated in each service listing.
Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If an order has not yet started processing, you may request cancellation through the support ticket system at smmscript.top/contact-us. Cancellation is not guaranteed for orders already in the processing queue.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
• The URL you submit is publicly accessible at the time of ordering
• The social media account or post is not set to private before or during delivery
• The account or post complies with the relevant social media platform's terms of service
• The quantity ordered falls within the stated minimum and maximum limits
Some orders may deliver partially due to circumstances beyond Official Amarscript Panel's control, including the target account being set to private, the post being deleted, or platform-level restrictions. In the case of partial delivery, the undelivered portion is refunded to your account balance as a credit. We do not issue cash refunds for partial delivery in most cases. See Section 7 for full refund details.
Estimated start times and delivery speeds stated on each service listing are estimates based on current system capacity. They are not guaranteed. Official Amarscript Panel is not liable for delays caused by external factors including high order volume, social media platform changes, or internet infrastructure issues.
You can track every active and completed order in real time through your account dashboard. Order IDs are generated at placement. For API users, order status is retrievable through the status endpoint. See the SMM panel API page for technical details.
Official Amarscript Panel accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other approved payment methods listed on the Add Funds page. Accepted payment methods may change at any time. We make no guarantee that a specific payment method will remain available indefinitely.
All transactions on Official Amarscript Panel are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. If you pay using a different currency, your payment provider applies the applicable exchange rate. Official Amarscript Panel is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Funds added to your account balance are credited after your payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method. Official Amarscript Panel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Your account balance belongs to your account and cannot be transferred to another Official Amarscript Panel account, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged for any currency or store credit outside the Official Amarscript Panel platform.
Account balances on Official Amarscript Panel do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. However, if your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, any remaining balance is forfeited.
If you dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, Official Amarscript Panel reserves the right to suspend your account immediately pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered services are treated as violations of these terms and may result in permanent account termination.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that apply to your purchases under the laws of your jurisdiction. Official Amarscript Panel does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by applicable law.
Official Amarscript Panel explicitly supports resellers. You may purchase services from Official Amarscript Panel and resell them to your own clients at prices you set independently. Official Amarscript Panel does not restrict your markup or pricing to your clients.
As a reseller, you are solely responsible for the service commitments you make to your clients. Official Amarscript Panel provides services to you according to the specifications listed on our platform. If delivery times or results differ from what you promised your clients, Official Amarscript Panel is not responsible for any resulting client disputes or financial claims against you.
If you operate a white label panel powered by Official Amarscript Panel's API, you are responsible for the terms you publish to your own users, your own support obligations, and your own refund commitments to your clients. Official Amarscript Panel honors its standard terms and refund policy between you and Official Amarscript Panel only.
Resellers accessing Official Amarscript Panel services through the API must comply with the rate limits and fair use guidelines described in the SMM panel API documentation. Excessive automated requests that degrade platform performance for other users may result in API access suspension.
Official Amarscript Panel's full refund conditions are detailed in the separate Refund Policy page. The refund policy is incorporated into these terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.
Refunds are available in the following circumstances.
Non-delivery: If a service fails to start within a reasonable period beyond the estimated start time, you may request a refund through a support ticket.
Partial delivery: If an order delivers fewer units than ordered due to an issue on Official Amarscript Panel's side, the undelivered portion is credited to your balance.
Service failure: If a service stops delivering before completion and cannot be restarted, the unfulfilled portion is credited to your balance.
Approved refunds are processed as account balance credits unless otherwise agreed in writing. Official Amarscript Panel does not issue cash refunds to the original payment method except in cases where applicable consumer protection law specifically requires it.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances.
• Orders that have been fully delivered as described
• Orders where delivery started but the target account was set to private after ordering
• Orders where the target post was deleted after ordering
• Orders where the target account was suspended or banned by the relevant social media platform after ordering
• Orders cancelled after delivery began
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after the order was marked as completed
• Drops in engagement that occur after the stated refill guarantee period has passed
Some services include a refill guarantee for a stated period. If engagement drops within that period, Official Amarscript Panel will refill the deficit at no additional charge. The refill period and eligibility for each service are stated clearly in the service listing. Refill guarantees do not apply after the stated period expires.
By using Official Amarscript Panel, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities.
Fraud and misrepresentation. You must not provide false information, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
Platform abuse. You must not attempt to bypass, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with any part of the Official Amarscript Panel platform, dashboard, or API.
Automated scraping. You must not use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to scrape pricing data, service information, or user data from smmscript.top outside of authorized API use.
Multiple accounts. You must not create more than one account for the purpose of exploiting promotions, circumventing bans, or abusing refund policies.
Chargebacks on delivered orders. You must not initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for orders that have been delivered in accordance with our stated service descriptions.
Illegal use. You must not use Official Amarscript Panel's services to support illegal activities, including harassment campaigns, coordinated inauthentic behavior in violation of any law, or activities prohibited under the terms of service of the relevant social media platform.
Resale misrepresentation. As a reseller, you must not make false claims to your clients about the nature, source, or quality of the services you provide through Official Amarscript Panel.
Official Amarscript Panel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice. In cases of fraud, chargebacks on delivered orders, or platform abuse, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance.
All content on smmscript.top, including but not limited to the logo, branding, dashboard design, written content, and service catalog structure, is the intellectual property of Official Amarscript Panel. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written permission.
By submitting URLs and related data through the Official Amarscript Panel platform, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so. Official Amarscript Panel uses your submitted URLs solely for the purpose of delivering your ordered services.
Official Amarscript Panel uses third-party tools and providers to operate the platform, process payments, and deliver services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Official Amarscript Panel is not responsible for the actions, failures, or terms of any third-party service used in connection with the platform, including payment processors, hosting providers, or social media platforms whose services are the subject of your orders.
Links to third-party websites from smmscript.top are provided for convenience only. Official Amarscript Panel does not endorse and accepts no responsibility for the content, terms, or practices of any linked external site.
Official Amarscript Panel provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure our services operate as described, but we do not warrant that:
• The platform will be available at all times without interruption
• All services will produce results that meet your specific expectations
• Engagement delivered will remain permanent on third-party social media platforms
• Services will be compatible with all future versions of third-party platform algorithms
Official Amarscript Panel makes no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in individual service descriptions on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Official Amarscript Panel's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of our platform and services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that is the subject of the claim.
Official Amarscript Panel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, loss of data, or damage to business reputation.
Official Amarscript Panel is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including social media platform changes, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or payment processor outages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Official Amarscript Panel, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
• Your use of the platform in violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including social media platform terms of service
• Any content, URLs, or instructions you submit through the platform
• False or misleading claims you make to your own clients as a reseller
Official Amarscript Panel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:
• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks on delivered orders
• Creating multiple accounts in breach of Section 2.4
• Engaging in prohibited conduct listed in Section 8
• Any activity that Official Amarscript Panel determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users
Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately. Any remaining account balance is forfeited if termination results from a violation of these terms. If your account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a violation, we will consider refunding any unused balance to your original payment method at our discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at smmscript.top/contact-us. We will process your closure request within 30 days. Any unused balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure is forfeited unless you request a refund and it is approved under our refund policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international digital services. Official Amarscript Panel operates globally and serves users in over 100 countries. These terms are written to align with broadly applicable legal standards.
If you have a dispute with Official Amarscript Panel, we encourage you to contact our support team first at smmscript.top/contact-us. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
You agree that any dispute with Official Amarscript Panel will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Official Amarscript Panel.
Official Amarscript Panel may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We publish all updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision is removed from the agreement. All remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
The removal of any individual provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Official Amarscript Panel regarding your use of the platform.
These terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and Official Amarscript Panel, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter of this document.
